Working Principle
The eight hole plate brick machine is composed of feeding mechanism, crankshaft part, press brick structure, rotary table, transmission mechanism, size vertical shaft, beam, machine seat, rotary mechanism and so on.In the work time, brick machine driven by the main motor, the v belt driving part, driven by gear, the pinion and big gear, crankshaft, by connecting rod, rod, top plug rod piston reciprocating movement up and down, and cooperate with rotary mould, finally realizes the baking-free brick work.Then the rotary mechanism makes the rotary table run intermittence, so that the rotary mold can be transferred to the position of the brick, and under the action of the guide, the mould will give out the brick.
Product Characteristics
